My car broke down on the drive to Omaha and I was scrambling to find somewhere for it to be repaired on my tight timeline. Car-Tech was incredibly helpful and flexible in squeezing me into their schedule and repairing my car the same day! They were very communicative throughout the process and made sure I understood what was wrong, what my options were to fix it, and they were upfront with costs. We were in from out of town so when our car's radiator fan stopped working we stopped at the nearest garage. Long story but we ended up at Car-Tech per the Napa deliver driver's recommendation. Shannon and his team at went above and beyond to get us back on the road even though that meant working after hours. Divine intervention to say the least. Thank you Shannon for everything!

If five star is the best…. I give Car Tech Auto Repair a 10!!! I’m an out of towner and had a car issue. I could not have been more lucky to have found this shop to help me.! Being a woman from out of town and not knowing anything about cars or repair shops in the area, I think it had to be divine intervention that brought me here. A huge THANK YOU to Carrie Ann and Brandy who took such good care of me and my (actually my grandsons) car!!! You are the BEST!! I can’t thank you enough. The car is as good as new, thanks to you! 😀

I had a great experience at Car-Tech. They are very professional and they were able to squeeze me in last minute to replace my head light bulb and do an oil change. The service was fast and friendly and I highly recommend them.

I’m older and from out of town so I was really nervous about someone taking advantage of me. My air conditioning went out and I had to drive eight hours back home. The gentleman here did a diagnostic on my air conditioning and found I needed a compressor. It was gonna take a week to get the compressor, a week that I didn’t have. So I’m gonna drive back and take it to the dealership in Colorado Springs. And they didn’t even charge me because they felt bad about me having to drive all the way back to Colorado in the heat. If you want an honest, caring company definitely come to auto care Center. The people here are polite and they’re just great.

My son was only in Omaha a week when he discovered a suspension noise/ issue. We discovered Car-Tech Auto Repair on line and we are sure glad we did. These folks really care about their customers. They listen and are very fair with their prices. They went above and beyond for my son and got him back on the road quickly. As the parent of a college student who is away from home I have full confidence in this shop and their staff. Thank you for the peace of mind.

We had a wonderful experience at Car Tech!!! We are not from Omaha and had an issue with our truck on a Saturday morning while helping our son in town. The great staff found room in their schedule that same morning to look at the truck. They diagnosed the issues and were able to fix the problems and get us back on the road the same day! It is hard to find such great service!!! The staff was just so helpful! My son new to town knows where he will be servicing his car in the future. Thank you so much.
